The Oasis is a Private RV Resort on Lakeshore Drive in Osoyoos fronting Osoyoos lake. Each lot is privately owned. The Resort is a shared interest and not a strata consisting of 104 lots fully serviced with electricity, sewer and water and cable/internet (if you wish to purchase these services). Lot 105 is the manager’s residence & office and a lounge for co-owners. We have a private beach across the road and within the grounds we have an outdoor pool, fitness building with hot tub, main washroom with showers and a laundry facility. We have a club house with kitchen, couches, TV, and games. There is a garage which houses all the tools for the on-site management to maintain the common property. We have a boat storage lot that has 15 spots and is assigned each year via a lottery draw. The property is zoned CT2 Campground / Recreational Vehicle Park which means the maximum stay for any person is 182 days a year.
The average lot size is 40 x 60 and 3/4 of the lots have park models (CSA Z-241 – 538 Sq. Ft. max) and the remaining sites have travel trailers. There are a few sites for sale at this time – please do a web search for individual owner information. The most recent sales were two lots with park models and each sold for approximately $425,000.00. It is rare that things come up for sale however if you are interested we can send your name and contact information to our Co-Owners for future consideration.
